Neo Con Congressman Attempts To Put Assange On Financial Blacklist
A prominent House lawmaker is ratcheting up pressure on the Obama administration to take action against Wikileaks and its founder, Julian Assange.
In a letter delivered this week, Rep. Pete King (R-N.Y.), chairman of the Committee on Homeland Security, asked Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner to add Assange to the department's Specially Designated National and Blocked Persons List, or SDN List, a move that would prohibit U.S. businesses and individuals from doing business with the whistleblower site or anyone associated with it.
The SDN List is a registry maintained by Treasury's Office of Foreign Asset Control that seeks to impose sanctions against individuals and companies associated with targeted foreign countries, or independent entities that have been identified as criminal operations, such as terrorists or drug traffickers.
King and other lawmakers have warned that Wikileaks' publication of a cache of secret State Department documents, many relating to confidential conversations between diplomats and local informants, puts the lives of U.S. operatives and their sources in danger.
"The U.S. government simply cannot continue its ineffective piecemeal approach of responding in the aftermath of Wikileaks' damage," King wrote. "The administration must act to disrupt the Wikileaks enterprise. The U.S. government should be making every effort to strangle the viability of Assange's organization."
The move comes after several U.S. businesses, including Amazon and PayPal, cut off commercial ties with Wikileaks amid pressure from the federal government.
Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, recently aired criticism of Attorney General Eric Holder for failing to articulate a legal strategy through which the Justice Department would take action against Wikileaks.
But the DoJ has been working to build a case against Assange and Wikileaks. Earlier this month, microblogging site Twitter won a judge's approval to unseal a court order the department had obtained directing it to turn over records about Assange and several other individuals associated with Wikileaks, including Bradley Manning, the Army private accused of leaking the documents.
"The U.S. government should be doing all it can to sink Wikileaks," he said. "By adding Assange and Wikileaks to the SDN List, the United States can finally take action to dismantle his organization."
In December, King introduced a companion bill to Senate legislation that would make it a crime to publish the names of protected individuals providing information to U.S. intelligence or military operatives.
Bizarre Shrine in Loughner’s Backyard for Jewish Ritual of Sukkot

Some Jews have been attempting to deny the fact that the Arizona shooter Jared Loughner is Jewish. Loughner’s Myspace page was speedily removed from the Internet and an iron curtain was quickly going up around any personal information about Loughner’s ethnicity.
Note that the bizarre shrine pictured in the Loughners’ backyard came from the NY Daily News. It isn’t Internet gossip or rumors. Note that oranges in the shrine are shriveled. The feast of Sukkot is in September or October and the harvest of fruit is a big part of it. I suspect that rather than construct an elaborate booth in their backyard each year for this ritual, some Jews simply keep the same shrine and booth in their backyard.
This strongly, strongly indicates that the Loughner family are not only Jews, they are practicing Jews carrying out the cultural rituals of Judaism. This additional evidence supports the earlier statement by Jared Loughner’s friend, Bryce Tierny that Jared’s mother is Jewish.
The skull in the middle of the Sukkot shrine is almost certainly a Halloween decoration that the deranged Jared put on top of the shrine as a sort of sick joke.
The NY Daily News reports “A sinister shrine reveals a chilling occult dimension in the mind of the deranged gunman accused of shooting a member of Congress and 19 others. Hidden within a camouflage tent behind Jared Lee Loughner’s home sits an alarming altar with a skull sitting atop a pot filled with shriveled oranges. A row of ceremonial candles and a bag of potting soil lay nearby, photos reveal.”
The Jewish ritual of Sukkot is described as follows: Sukkot (Hebrew: סוכות or סֻכּוֹת, sukkōt, Feast of Booths, Feast of Tabernacles) is a Biblical holiday celebrated on the 15th day of the month of Tishrei (late September to late October). It is one of the three Biblically mandated Shalosh regalim on which Jews and Believers make pilgrimages to pre-determined sites to worship and fellowship Temple in Jerusalem. The Holy Day lasts seven days, including Chol Hamoed and is immediately followed by another festive day known as Shemini Atzeret/The Last Great Day. The Hebrew word sukkōt is the plural of sukkah, “booth or tabernacle”, which is a walled structure covered with flora, such as tree branches or bamboo shoots. The sukkah is intended as a reminiscence of the type of fragile dwellings in which the ancient Israelites dwelt during their 40 years of wandering in the desert after the Exodus from Egypt. Throughout the holiday the sukkah becomes the primary living area of one’s home. All meals are eaten inside the sukkah and many sleep there as well. On each day of the holiday, members of the household recite a blessing over the lulav and etrog, or Four species.[1] According to Zechariah, in the messianic era Sukkot will become a universal festival and all nations will make pilgrimages annually to Jerusalem to celebrate the feast there.[2] …..It (Sukkot) was a thanksgiving for the fruit harvest. Coming as it did at the completion of the harvest, Sukkot was regarded as a general thanksgiving for the bounty of nature in the year that had passed.”

Perpetuating The Patriot Act

On January 5th, Rep. Mike Rogers (R-MI) introduced a bill to add yet another year to the soon to be expiring Patriot Act. This would extend it until February of 2012, and passage is likely to happen with little debate or contention. If passed, this would be the second time the Obama administration has punted on campaign promises to roll back excessive surveillance measures allowed under the act passed in the wake of 9/11.
When the Patriot Act was first signed in 2001, it was billed as a temporary measure required because of the extreme circumstances created by the terrorist threat. The fear from its opponents was that executive power, once given, is seldom relinquished. In retrospect, that fear appears well founded. Not only has Obama not given the power back, but he has continued to abuse it to spy on citizens without due process.
In 2007, candidate Obama said during his Presidency there would be "no more National Security Letters to spy on citizens who are not suspected of a crime" because "that is not who we are, and it is not what is necessary to defeat the terrorists." The hope that he'll make good on that statement is seeming pretty audacious.

Texas Man Fights The Police State
Three years ago, when Lakeway resident Lance Mitchell launched his website, SpeedTrapAhead.org, he didn't hide his intentions.
"Not a lot of people flash their lights to warn others nowadays," he wrote. "But, I DO! And when I see a speed trap, I go back up the road a bit, and stand on the sidewalk, wearing my SpeedTrapAhead T-shirt."
The site was soon hosting discussions on topics useful to a certain type of driver: Was crossing over a white line technically illegal or merely not recommended? Does state law require that you produce a driver's license if detained?
Mitchell also started chronicling his own occasional acts of civil disruption, often accompanied by self-produced video.
"I saw a cop pull up in the parking lot of the old Lake Travis Elementary," he wrote in March 2008. "About 1,000 feet up the road, there was a perfect spot for me to set up. So, there I stood, holding my 2 x 2 hand held sign, waving my other hand and pointing at the sign."
With the determination of a superhero, he vowed to continue his crusade. "I'll be out again soon! Any time, any place I see a cop blasting out radar, I'll be not too far away, blasting out my message."
It was a message many Lakeway drivers were ready to hear. A fast-growing community of 14,000 in northwestern Travis County, the city has a reputation for its unforgiving radar traps.
"I've heard that," admitted Dede King of the Greater Lakeway Residents Association. "The police watch the traffic pretty well."
"I don't think we deserve the reputation," said City Manager Steve Jones. But, he added, "I think we're diligent in traffic enforcement. And it sends a message."
Mitchell's revolt hit a nerve. People began recognizing him at garage sales and the grocery store as the Speedtrapahead guy. Locals logged on to the website to support his crusade.
"I just saw you with your sign on Lohmans Crossing," Dave wrote. "Way to go! I commend you on your gallantry!"
And, from jbythelake: "I saw you today and we REALLY appreciate what you are doing! My husband got a ticket the day we moved to Lakeway. Thanks again!!!!!"
And, on April 22, 2009, from Beth: "Just saw you being handcuffed and arrested in Lakeway. I'd like to know what you are being charged with."
It turned out to be a complicated question.

Jews Claim Jared Loughner Isn't Jewish
I posted 2 articles the other day claiming that Jared Loughner was jewish.
Now though jews are claiming this is not the case at all. Certainly the evidence to back up him being jewish is quite weak so I figured I would post the jews claims and let everyone decide for themselves.

Jared Loughner Is Jewish And Went To The Same Synagogue As Giffords

This is an amazing story. We now learn that Jared Lee Loughner's mother Amy Loughner is a member of the SAME Reform synagogue as Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords! That means that Amy's son, who lives with his Jewish parents, Amy and Randy Loughner, is ALSO a member of the same synagogue as his shooting victim, Rep. Giffords.
Why didn't we hear about this from our super-sleuth national media?
Instead we hear that a White man is the shooter. We hear that anti-Semitism is his motive.
But now...now...some FACTS are leaking out!
His best friend, Bryce Tierney, who got a "farewell" voice message the night before the shootings tells us that his friend is Jewish. He tells us that Jared Loughner put Mein Kampf down as "favorite reading" to irritate his Jewish mother, Amy.
The story and the coverup of the story gets wilder. The Loughners and the Giffords were members of the same Congregation Chaverim. On the Congregation Chaverim website we learn that this Reform synagogue that was founded in 1973 has 140 families. That's a very small group. The Rabbi, Stephanie Aaron surely knows every single family member of her congregation on a first name basis! That includes 22-year-old Jared Lee Loughner.
So, it is IMPOSSIBLE that Rabbi Stephanie Aaron did not KNOW instantly upon learning that a Jared Lee Loughner had shot Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords that BOTH people were members of her small congregation!
But does Rabbi Aaron make ANY effort to inform the media, as she takes hundreds and hundreds of media calls from the mass media, of this fact?
Apparently not!

The man who shot 19 people in Arizona, killing six and severely wounding Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, is Jewish according to an interview by a reporter from Mother Jones magazine. The Mother Jones article notes “about eight hours before he allegedly killed six people and wounded 14, including Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-Ariz.), in Tucson—Jared Lee Loughner phoned an old and close friend with whom he had gone to high school and college. The friend, Bryce Tierney, was up late watching TV, but he didn’t answer the call. When he later checked his voice mail, he heard a simple message from Loughner: ‘Hey man, it’s Jared. Me and you had good times. Peace out. Later.’ That was it. But later in the day, when Tierney first heard about the Tucson massacre, he had a sickening feeling: ‘They hadn’t released the name, but I said, ‘Holy sh-t, I think it’s Jared that did it.’ ‘ Tierney tells Mother Jones in an exclusive interview that Loughner held a years-long grudge against Giffords and had repeatedly derided her as a ‘fake.’ ….Tierney believes that Loughner was very interested in pushing people’s buttons—and that may have been why he listed Hitler’s Mein Kampf as one of his favorite books on his YouTube page. (Loughner’s mom is Jewish, according to Tierney.)” Loughner also listed the Communist Manifesto as one of his favorite books.
There was a speedy attempt by the left-wing media to portray Loughner as a right-wing lunatic even though other statements by people familiar with Loughner described him as a leftist.
So a mentally ill, left-wing Jew shoots a Congresswoman and the mainstream media tries to pin the blame on the Tea Party, on right-wing White Gentiles and on the pro-White movement. This should be a good reminder to everyone to be suspicious of the mainstream media.
