An illegal alien man allegedly raped and killed a 1-month-old female infant, according to law enforcement officials in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Wednesday, January 4. Sadly not one national newspaper, radio or television news organization covered this heinous and depraved criminal case, according to a sheriff's deputy in New Mexico.
The investigating detectives announced that the suspect, Juan Galindo, possesses a criminal history that includes drug charges, driving under the influence, and a prior sexual assault of a minor charge.
Galindo appeared in court over the weekend and was surrounded by court officers and jail guards to protect him from being attacked by other inmates who became enraged when they discovered that charges that Galindo faces, according to a Bernalillo County deputy sheriff.
The illegal alien was formally arraigned for the rape and then killing of his girlfriend’s four-week-old daughter. Galindo's bail was set at $1 million, cash or bond.
The coroner's report indicated that the baby suffered from anal and vaginal tears and arriving police and crime scene investigators found her small body lying in a pool of blood.
As a result of a new definition of rape by the U.S. Department of Justice, Galindo faces rape charges not sexual assault.
For the first time ever, the new definition includes any gender of victim and perpetrator, not just women being raped by men. It also recognizes that rape with an object can be as traumatic as penile/vaginal rape. This definition also includes instances in which the victim is unable to give consent because of temporary or permanent mental or physical incapacity, according to the DOJ's Criminal Division.
The old definition: “Forcible rape” had been defined by the UCR SRS as “the carnal knowledge of a female, forcibly and against her will.” That definition, unchanged since 1927, was outdated and narrow. It only included forcible male penile penetration of a female vagina.
The new definition: “The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.”
Galindo is an illegal alien from Mexico who uses various aliases and dates of birth. He claims to have fathered six children with different women in Mexico.
According to his records, Galindo was arrested almost 20 years ago in Texas for a DWI. He was deported back to Mexico but managed to sneak back into the U.S.
He has been arrested for a case involving prior child abuse in Texas.
Local police said each charge against Galindo carries a life sentence. Also, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents stated that Galindo may face 20 years in federal prison for reentering the country illegally.
"Reentering the U.S. after deportation is a serious offense punishable by up to 20-years in prison. Politicians, advocates for illegal aliens and most of the members of the press fail to tell Americans that fact, preferring to lead citizens to believe it's a misdemeanor and not the felony it truly is," said police lieutenant Stanley Rodgers.
"Our president and his attorney general spend more time harassing police who attempt to enforce immigration law than they spend trying to protect Americans -- including American babies and children -- from sexual predators who are in the country illegally. We have our own predators, we don't need Mexico's," Rodgers said.

19 Immigration Facts That Very Few People Are Talking About
FULL ARTICLE WITH LINKS
The following are 19 facts about illegal immigration that very few people are talking about....
#1 Nobody knows for sure how many illegal aliens are in the United States today, but the highest estimates put the number at well over 30 million.
#2 Today, far more immigrants move into the United States illegally than come in through the legal process.
#3 The vast majority of illegal aliens would never even dream of paying income taxes, but
Mexicans living in America send billions upon billions of dollars out of the United States and back to Mexico every single year.
#4 Although illegal aliens pay next to nothing in taxes, they have no problem receiving tens of billions of dollars worth of free education benefits, free health care benefits, free housing assistance and free food stamp benefits.
#5 It is estimated that U.S. taxpayers spend $12,000,000,000 a year on primary and secondary school education for the children of illegal immigrants.
#6 The hordes of illegal aliens taking advantage of "free" medical care at hospital emergency rooms has caused dozens of hospitals across the state of California to completely shut down. As a result, the state of California now ranks dead last out of all 50 states in the number of emergency rooms per million people.
#7 It was estimated that there were approximately 7.7 million illegal aliens employed by U.S. employers during 2008.
#8 Just across the U.S. border, the city of Juarez, Mexico is considered to be one of the most dangerous cities on the entire planet because of the brutal drug war being waged there.
#9 U.S. authorities say that there are now over 1 million members of criminal gangs operating inside the United States. According to federal statistics, these 1 million gang members are responsible for up to 80% of the violent crimes committed in the U.S. each year. Latino gangs made up primarily of illegal aliens are responsible for much of this violence.
#10 According to the Center for Immigration Studies, some of the most notorious gangs are made up almost entirely of illegal immigrants....
"Gang investigators in Virginia estimate that 90% of the members of MS-13, the most notorious immigrant gang, are illegal immigrants."
#11 The Mexican government says that as many as 28,000 people have been slaughtered by the drug cartels since 2007. A very significant percentage of those deaths have happened in areas right along the U.S. border.
#12 Federal border officials say that Mexican drug cartels have not only set up shop on U.S. soil, but they are actually maintaining lookout bases in strategic locations in the hills of southern Arizona.
#13 The drug war being waged on both sides of the border is so violent that it is almost unimaginable. For example, one very prominent Mexican assassin known as "the soupmaker" has confessed that he made approximately 300 bodies disappear by dissolving them in acid baths.
#14 Arizona police are being openly told that if they try to interfere with the drug traffic in their area that they will be "taken out" by drug cartel snipers.
#15 Each year, it costs the states billions of dollars to incarcerate illegal alien criminals that should have never been allowed into the country in the first place. It is estimated that illegal aliens make up approximately 30 percent of the population in federal, state and local prisons and that the total cost of incarcerating them is more than $1.6 billion annually.
#16 During one recent 23 year period, the state of California built 23 prisons but just one university.
#17 Border officials tell us that a growing number of radical Muslims are sneaking over the Mexican border into the United States.
#18 Approximately 75 tunnels along the U.S. border with Mexico have been discovered by law enforcement authorities in the last four years alone.
#19 One Rasmussen Reports telephone survey found that 60% of American voters nationwide favor an anti-immigration law just like the one that Arizona recently passed, while just 31% of Americans are opposed to such a law.

Mississippi Passes AZ Style Immigration Law
From Occidental Dissent…
We have known for several months now that Mississippi is one of the most likely states to pass an Arizona-style immigration law in 2011. Now we have cleared the first major hurdle.
Earlier this afternoon, the Mississippi Senate passed an Arizona-style immigration law. The bill passed 34 to 15 after four hours of debate. Sen. Fillingane succeeded in pushing the bill through committee and through a critical floor vote.
Tea Party activists in Mississippi attended a Senate committee meeting to show support for the bill. They cheered from the gallery as one Democratic attempt after another to kill the bill with amendments failed.
The restrictionist package deal also includes an extension of E-Verify, tougher penalties for employers of illegal aliens, and criminalizes sanctuary cities.
The legislation now heads to the Mississippi House where it faces an uncertain fate. Undoubtedly, House Democrats will attempt to obstruct passage as they did in the Senate.

U.S. Spending At Least $18.6 Million Per Day to Incarcerate Illegal Aliens
(CNSNews.com) – U.S. taxpayers are spending at least $18.6 million per day to house an estimated 300,000 to 450,000 illegal immigrants who are incarcerated and eligible for deportation from the United States, according to data from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Justice (DOJ).
The cost per day for these prisoners is based on Justice Department incarceration cost estimates from 2001 and on the lower-end figure of 300,000 incarcerated deportable aliens, which means the actual expense today could be substantially higher than $18.6 million per day.
The prisones involved here are foreign national who have come into the United States, committed a crime, been captured, and imprisoned.
Half of the undocumented aliens who were removed from the United States in fiscal 2010 (which ended on Sept. 30) had been convicted of a crime in the United States.
On Wednesday, the office of the DHS Inspector General (IG) released its annual performance plan report for fiscal year 2011, which states that there are “approximately 300,000 to 450,000 criminal aliens incarcerated in federal, state, county, and local correctional facilities [who] are eligible for removal from the United States.”
In its March 2010 report, "Immigration Enforcement Actions: 2009," the DHS defines removal as "the compulsory and confirmed movement of an inadmissible or deportable alien out of the United States based on an order of removal. An alien who is removed has administrative or criminal consequences placed on subsequent reentry owing to the fact of the removal."
Kara McCarthy, a spokeswoman at the DOJ, told CNSNews.com that the latest data available show that “average annual operating costs per state inmate for Fiscal Year 2001 was $22,650; in the Federal Bureau of Prisons it was $22,632.”
These annual operation costs exclude “capital expenditures, juvenile corrections, probation, parole, and most central office functions of corrections spending,” McCarthy told CNSNews.com
The cost of $22,650 per year to house just one inmate at the state level equals about $62 a day ($22,650 divided by 365 days). In the Federal Bureau of Prisons, it also averages out to $62 per day ($22,632 divided by 365 days).
Given this daily average expense (based on fiscal year 2001 costs), it can be estimated that the cost of housing 300,000 incarcerated illegal aliens in U.S. prisons would equal $18.6 million per day; the cost for housing 450,000 incarcerated illegal aliens would equal $27.9 million per day. If inflation in prison costs since 2001 were factored in, the expense would be even greater.
When CNSNews.com asked why incarcerated aliens who are eligible for removal have not been deported, a DHS spokesperson said, “It is because they are still serving their criminal sentence. ICE does not receive criminal aliens from state criminal justice systems until after they have completed their sentences.” (ICE is the acronym for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.)
On the same day the IG’s office released its performance plan report, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano and ICE Director John Morton announced that half of the undocumented aliens who were removed from the United States in fiscal year 2010, which ended on Sept. 30, were convicted criminals.
“In fiscal year 2010, ICE set a record for overall removals of illegal aliens, with more than 392,000 removals nationwide,” says an Oct. 6 press release from the DHS. “Half of those removed--more than 195,000--were convicted criminals.”
“The fiscal year 2010 statistics represent increases of more than 23,000 removals overall and 81,000 criminal removals compared to fiscal year 2008--a more than 70 percent increase in removal of criminal aliens from the previous administration,” added the release.
It is uncertain whether the IG office’s estimate of 300,000 to 450,000 incarcerated criminal aliens who are eligible for removal takes into account the 195,000 criminal aliens removed in fiscal 2010. The IG office did not respond to CNSNews.com for a clarification on this point before this story was posted.
Nevertheless, the DHS did not deport all of the criminal illegal aliens who are eligible for removal and are currently sitting in U.S. correctional facilities.
The DOJ spokeswoman told CNSNews.com that, according to its latest figures, “In 2008 there were 785,556 inmates in the nation's [local and county] jails and 1,518,559 inmates in state and federal prisons.” That equals 2,304,115 inmates in total in the United States.
Given those numbers, 300,000 incarcerated criminal aliens would equal 13 percent of the entire inmate population of the United States, while 450,000 incarcerated criminal aliens would equal 19.5 percent of the entire inmate population.
According to the IG report from DHS, “The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 requires ICE to initiate deportation proceedings for incarcerated criminal aliens as expeditiously as possible after the date of conviction. Criminal aliens who are eligible for deportation include illegal aliens in the United States who are convicted of any crime and lawful permanent residents who are convicted of a removable offense as defined in the Immigration and Nationality Act.”

Colin Powell Hires Illegal Immigrants
So unemployment is over 10% and this asshole has the audacity to hire a bunch of illegal wetbacks to work for him?
WASHINGTON – Former Secretary of State Colin Powell says illegal immigrants do essential work in the U.S. and that he has firsthand knowledge of that — because they fix his house.
A moderate Republican, Powell urged his party on Sunday to support immigration generally because those who come from abroad are, in his words, "what's keeping this country's lifeblood moving forward."
Powell said a path to legal status should be offered to illegal immigrants because they do work that needs to get done.
At his own house, he said on NBC's "Meet the Press," illegal immigrants are always around when he needs work done.
He did not specify whether he hired them directly or they showed up with contractors.

Illegal Alien Pedophile Given $4 Million By Orange County CA
Source
On April 17, 2009, the Orange County Board of Supervisors agreed to pay $3.75 million, plus an additional $900,000 in medical expenses to an illegal alien who was severely beaten by other inmates in the Orange County Central Jail. The Mexican national filed a lawsuit shortly after the incident.
Fernando Ramirez, 24, was in jail after being charged with molesting a 6-year-old girl at a local park. He eventually pled guilty to the lesser charge of battery against a child.
According to his attorney, Ramirez suffered brain damage and now needs help walking. Attorney Mark Eisenberg also claims that his client has been left with an intellect of a 4-year-old child.
Despite the dire financial crisis facing Orange County, Ramirez received the largest settlement ever awarded by the county for an in-custody incident. The Board of Supervisors made their decision in a closed-door session and have refused any comment on the matter.
If anyone would like to contact the Orange County Board of Supervisors to discuss the Ramirez settlement, I have included the following contact list for your convenience:
-Board Chair Patricia C. Bates, Supervisor Fifth District (ph #: 714-834-3550)
-Vice Chair Janet Nguyen, Supervisor First District (ph #: 714-834-3110)
-John M.W. Moorlach, Supervisor Second District (ph #: 714-834-3220)
-Bill Campbell, Supervisor Third District (ph #: 714-834-3330)
-Chris Norby, Supervisor Fourth District (ph #: 714-834-3440)
Reporter’s note: Except for one story carried by the Orange County Register, there has been no press coverage of this matter. One would think that an illegal alien child molester becoming a millionaire through taxpayer funding would be big news.
Of course, a story such as this one would make people angry, and maybe even angry enough to hold their elected representatives accountable for the enormous crime wave being perpetrated by this country’s illegal alien population.
I don’t know which is more outrageous, the now-daily accounts of illegal aliens raping our women and children; our elected officials allowing our land to be transformed into a Third World nation; or a complicit mainstream press, eager to assist in the cover-up of our destruction.

Dumbass Sarah Palin Pulls Out Some Serious Doublespeak
So the question is what would President Palin do about illegal immigration. While Oreilly leads her in the direction she agrees to send troops to secure the border.
Now she claims that she would have every mexican here illegally report in and send in a form. Now would you deport these ILLEGAL immigrants who have already broken the law to come here? Not in President Palin's world, you issue these immigrants greencards and send them on their merry way like this guy.
I post this of course to show people the true nature of Sarah Palin. For regular readers I wholeheartedly apologize for having to not only listen to neo con entertainer bill oreilly, but to sit through and listen to the absolutely ridiculous, mindless blather that flows from palins mouth.

Illegal Alien Safe Haven Goes Bankrupt
* How utterly predictable.
{snip}
A California “sanctuary city” has fallen victim to illegal immigration—going bankrupt and firing all of its public employees, Jerome Corsi’s Red Alert reports.
The city of Maywood, Calif., hit the budget wall after it decided not only to be a sanctuary city, but to be a completely “safe haven” for illegal aliens seeking protection from deportation.
“Predictably, mainstream media newspapers, including the Financial Times in London, chose to present Maywood as a victim to the recession, rather than to tell the whole story—that Maywood fell victim to illegal immigration,” Corsi wrote.
“Crushed by the recession and falling tax revenues, the city is disbanding the police force and firing all public sector employees,” Matthew Garrahan wrote in the Financial Times, never mentioning that illegal immigration was the problem.
Maywood is a small town comprising only about 1.2 square miles on the southern border of Los Angeles. More than 96 percent of its residents are Hispanic. The town’s official population is listed at 29,000 but may be nearly 45,000 when illegal aliens living in Maywood are counted.
In January 2006, Maywood’s city council passed a resolution declaring that the city would not enforce any federal law such as H.R. 4557 that sought to declare illegal immigrants to be felons.
More aggressive even than sanctuary laws, this new resolution prohibited Mayfield police from being involved in any immigration enforcement actions undertaken by federal, state or county authorities.

You are either with us or against us. Don't think your comments will be forgotten, you smugly talk down to people from your ivory tower, but soon that tower will cease to exist and that leaves you at ground level with nobody to protect you. Watch your ass.

We Support Arizona.com
It is absolutely crucial that we all lend our support to the Sovereign State of Arizona during this time when much of the country is waging economic and political war against them. Throughout this whole process I have been shocked that people are literally against Arizona simply for closing their border to ILLEGAL immigration.
Today the invaders of our country are more brazen than ever about their plans for this once great Republic. Their plan is nothing short of complete conquest.
So where do you find yourself now? On the continent YOUR fathers founded? You are under attack by all sides, the blacks are only 12% of the population and 58% of the total crime, hispanics commit the majority of the remaining 40%, there are over 1 billion muslims worldwide and are wreaking havoc in most of Europe, and at the head of the mud colored beast is the International jew. They are the ones who opened the gates either figuratively in our case or literally in the case of 8th century Spain.
They use the non Whites, plain and simple. They use them to defile a nation and they use them for class warfare. So is this just some hate filled tirade? Your Goddamn right it is. At this stage in the game I don't give a damn for a man that doesn't hate. Hate the people who have bankrupted our nation, killed millions of our men in pointless wars, destroyed our morality and family structure all while putting us under the impression that he is a friend, the chosen of God.
Our country is being overrun and when people say the things that I have above you label us "racists". When will you learn? When your daughter is raped? When your son is sent off to war to die for the state of israel? This is real and pretending that the situation isn't dire doesn't make it go away. The only thing that will make it go away is for you to get off the couch, get educated, educate those around you and prepare yourself for what is to come. That is your duty as descendants of some of the greatest men in all of history.

Miss Oklahoma The Real Miss USA
Well this year they keep up the tradition of handing the hot blondes the loaded questions. First it was the sodomite asking Carrie Prejean about fag marriage, now it's some beaner asking about Arizona's kickass immigration enforcement.
Both of the girls gave great answers in my opinion and by being honest and truthful it kept them from winning.
I'd love to see them ask a black contestant "In your opinion why is it that while blacks are only 13% of the US population, they commit 60% of the total crime?" Let's see one of them be taken aback instead of handing out softballs.
The video can be seen below, and you will see why Morgan Woolard is the true Miss USA and a girl after our own hearts.

Immigration Enforcement Goes To The Next Level In South Carolina
Source
The rubber is about to hit the road on workplace immigration enforcement in South Carolina.
Starting July 1, state officials will be auditing businesses with fewer than 100 employees. That affects an estimated 110,000 businesses across the state. Compare that with the 2,200 businesses with 100 or more employees that came under the S.C. Immigration Reform Act last year.
Not surprisingly, state officials report a 94 percent compliance rate on documenting the legal status of employees at these larger businesses. They don't expect to find that rate of compliance at the smaller businesses. Those businesses are less likely to have human resources departments or company lawyers and more likely to hire workers with inadequate or fraudulent documentation.
The initial effort will focus on industries that tend to employ foreign workers, such as landscaping companies, farms, restaurants, hotels, construction firms and golf courses. That's a smart use of resources.
Jobs are what draw many illegal immigrants here. If employers feel the pain of immigration enforcement, they'll try hard not to hire undocumented workers, and many of the costs and problems associated with illegal immigration will go away, too.
Under state law, employers must use one of two methods to verify the legal status of new workers. They can require employees to provide a South Carolina driver's license or identification card, or a motor vehicle license from one of 26 other states whose requirements are as strict as South Carolina's. The second option is to use the Department of Homeland Security's online database, E-verify, to check new hires.
Companies face a maximum fine of $1,000 per violation and risk losing their business license if they are found to have knowingly hired an illegal alien. Businesses first have a chance to fix any problems. Labor officials also are required to notify federal immigration officials when illegal immigrants are found in the workplace.
Some local companies complained last year about inconsistent or confusing aspects of enforcement. One employer said he was told that if he used E-verify to check the status of one new hire, he must use it for all -- even though the state law gives us a choice on the verification method. Let's hope state officials have worked out issues like this before they tackle this next round of audits.
Beaufort County's audit of about 3,790 companies doing business in unincorporated areas of the county is nearing completion. By the end of June, about 3,000 will have been checked for documentation on employees and gross sales reported to the county, said county administrator Gary Kubic. The county hired Advance Point Global of Hilton Head Island to do the work. At the end of 2009, auditors had checked more than 2,200 businesses, turning names of employees suspected of illegal activity to the Sheriff's Office for further investigation. Sheriff P.J. Tanner said that in the past year, 42 warrants had been issued and 38 arrests made, most on charges of forgery.
These state and local audits, of course, require money. The county spent about $500,000 on its program in 2008 and 2009.About $750,000 was budgeted last year for the first stage of state enforcement, and $2 million is to be set aside this year.
Money has been a problem for at least one provision of the state law. It requires theSouth Carolina Law Enforcement Division to enter into an agreement with the federal government to address enforcement of federal immigration laws by state and local law enforcement agencies, training of state and local law enforcement, detention of illegal immigrants and their removal from the state.
But to date, no agreement has been reached, the Greenville News reports, and no funding found. Without state or federal funding, criminal enforcement can't begin. State Sen. Larry Martin of Pickens said that neither the governor's office nor SLED had asked for funding for the program.
Ben Fox, spokesman for Gov. Mark Sanford, told the newspaper that federal help had been sought on training and other issues, but when the state contacted then-Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff, it was told the proposal couldn't be considered because of limited resources and limited prison space in South Carolina.
Which leads us to the true source of solving illegal immigration issues -- the federal government. No action has come from that quarter. In the meantime, we'll see what the state can do.

Arizonans Fighting Back Against Boycotts
I think this is an excellent idea. We need to stand with Arizona and let them know we support them in their fight to stop the mexican invasion.

PHOENIX -- Los Angeles has just become the nation's largest city to boycott Arizona for passing a tough immigration law.
Now, anti-protesters have come out to say they'll boycott L.A. right back.
Kelly Townsend of Gilbert doesn't like hearing about people across the country boycotting Arizona.
"I think it's an intimidation tactic that has caught on and people think if they make enough noise and have big enough tantrum, then they'll get their way," said Townsend.
Townsend has helped create a website, phoenixteaparty.ning.com, that supports Arizona's new immigration law and calls for a counter boycott targeting cities, politicians and businesses speaking out against Arizona.
"We have a lot of people that don't sit on sidelines and say OK," said Townsend. "If you're going to play that tactic, we can respond with a counter boycott."
CBS-5 News has also received a number of e-mails from viewers in favor of boycotting the boycotters.
"Boycotting can work both ways," one viewer said.
"I'm keeping a list of all who boycott us. I intend to boycott them," said another viewer.
Judy Valencia of Sedona just canceled plans to take her family to Disneyland this summer.
"I think if they are going to be childish and say we're not going to come to your state, we're not going to come to your state," Valencia said.
Townsend has also stepped up efforts to 'Buycott Arizona' and get more folks to purchase goods and services from Arizona.
Anything to improve the state's image across the country and protect the families that live here, said Townsend.
"We're more focused on support coming in to Arizona," Townsend said.

Arizona Governor Releases Youtube Video
Admittedly I was not familiar with politics within the Sovereign State of Arizona but I have certainly liked what I've seen over the last few months.
