Tragic, stomach churning, and difficult to watch. The other thing I noticed was that this seemed to be instigated when a female cop called for "help". Women shouldn't be cops, if not only because of the strength differences between men and women which is oceanic, but because if they (female cops) are injured the male protective instinct for women could, and IMO does, lead to an excessive use of force.
I also think women cops resort to a higher level of force sooner because of their inadequate strength and a need to prove themselves.
