Blacks in America are around 13% of the population, and 60% of the crime. While Whites outnumber blacks 5 to 1 they STILL commit less than 30% of the total crime.
It's obvious that TV shows like COPS always show police as good well intentioned public servants but it may not be as obvious to some that they show Whites being arrested 60% of the time and blacks 30% even though this has NO basis in reality.
The shows creator says he doesn't want to "perpetuate negative stereotypes" instead he chooses to lie to everyone about reality.
