What You Can Do. Part I

It's been over 2 months since I first wrote this post, where I promised to list real actions that people could take. Forgive me for taking so long, and without further adieu.

As I zoom out from our situation as far as I possibly can, I see a pendulum. Picture that in your mind, on one side of the pendulum you have good and the other evil.  On the evil side you have ultimately lucifer who calls the shots, and everything which is truly evil in this world can be traced to him.  On the good side you have Yahweh the creator of the universe.  Everything which is good comes from him.  Jesus said "I am the way, the Truth and the Life", so literally he is the Truth, by diligently searching for it no matter the cost we will become closer to him.  Conversely Satan is a liar and the father of lies. 

So the goal of my entire life is to swing the pendulum, to swing it from evil be it a marxist usurious jew run police state, a morally degenerate people or ignorant buffoons who are so mentally inept they don't even care about what happens to their own race because they can't plan 3 months ahead let alone a generation.

So these steps are to help swing that giant pendulum, it won't be easy, but it's what I'm put here to do.


1) Have White children. In this country and certainly the world we have many problems, one of the most serious is the demographic crisis. Even in America, a country founded by White Men today White children under 18 are the minority in 1/5 of US States. I can't begin to fathom how dangerous and potentially catastrophic this is but it needs to be understood. The only way for our race to survive at all is to procreate, 1 or 2 kids isn't enough, have as many as you can possibly afford and then have one more. We desperately need another White baby boom in this country or every other point I mention may be rendered moot.  Be fruitful and multiply.

2) Assert your views. If you read this blog regularly than it's safe to say your views are a ways outside of the mainstream and seeing as that's the case espousing these views is much more difficult.  You will often be met with ridicule and disdain.  But we are in greater number than we think but we are so damn timid that we can never network because nobody will talk about these ideas face to face with another human, they do it all online, which is useful but harder to build real world networks.  Some examples of being assertive would be questioning a college professor (if you are unfortunately in college) who is either a marxist or a neo con, it's important to question teachers (or anyone) in a public forum for several reasons.  First, you are armed with the Truth and so long as you have decent debate skills you can easily win the argument shutting down their BS rhetoric.  And second there are likely at least a few people in the audience who are sort of on the fence about the topic at hand, deep down they think like you do, but for fear of reprisal they keep quiet and don't rock the boat.  But when you stand up for say Ron Paul with a neo con professor it lets other people know that they aren't the only ones.   There is power in numbers, once they realize that there are other people who think like they do it's empowering for all of you.


3) Get out of debt.  I read a quote the other day, something along the lines of "gold is the money of kings, silver the money of gentleman, barter the money of peasants and debt the money of slaves"  If you are in debt not only does someone else (ultimately a jew) own whatever it is you think you own, but the usury makes them very rich.  Interest rates are commonly above 20%, sometimes several hundred percent if you are dumb enough to go the cash advance places.   If you do not have your own financial house in order how can you expect the government to?  That would be hypocritical.  How do you expect to help others if your own house is in disorder?

4) Protect your assets.  During this time of financial uncertainty there is no better place to be than tangible assets, be it gold and silver or brass and lead.  With the jews printing money with reckless abandon everything will rise in price as accordance with the first law of economics, supply and demand, there is more money chasing the same or fewer goods, make sure you have what is scarce.  (hint: fiat currency ain't scarce)

5) Be fit.  We live in tumultuous times, no question.  Seeing as literally anything can happen tomorrow you must be fit.  Physically, mentally and spiritually (not necessarily in that order).  I can't stress enough how important it is that you are rock solid, a person of reasonable physical strength, moral fortitude and mentally sound.  I promise you if you get these 3 down people will come to you for advice, they will seek your counsel because there are not many people today who can face life head on without crutches, if you can you will stand out and it will be noticed.  When people inevitably do come to you, then you will be in a position to help them and in turn help the world.  To help push that pendulum.



So these are the first five things.  I hope you like them, they are kind of basic things but they are all so absolutely critical.  If you do these steps, things will change and the more people who do them the bigger and better the change will be, I personally guarantee it. 

There is no silver bullet, no quick fix.  Pendulums don't swing that quickly, just look at the marxist takeover, it's taken them 100 years to get this far so it will take us more than 10 minutes to push back their progress.

TSA Makes 95 Year Old Cancer Patient Remove Adult Diaper

The incident occurred on June 18, when the ailing woman was traveling with her daughter, Jean Weber, from Florida to Michigan to visit relatives "in the final stages of her battle with leukemia."

Weber told CNN on Sunday that while she thinks the officers may have been "procedurally correct, but the procedure needs to be changed."

"My mother is very ill, she has a form of leukemia," Weber said. "She had a blood transfusion the week before, just to bolster up her strength for this travel."

The 95-year-old lady was taken by a TSA officer into a glassed-in area, where a pat-down was performed, Weber further explained.

An agent told Weber "They felt something suspicious on (her mother's) leg and they couldn't determine what it was" -- leading them to take her into a private, closed room.

Weber went on to say that a TSA agent came out and told her that her mother's undergarment was "wet and it was firm, and they couldn't check it thoroughly."

The mother and daughter left to find a bathroom, at the TSA officer's request, to remove the adult diaper.

Weber pointed out that she "burst into tears" but her mother was "very calm" even though she was forced to go through the airport without underwear.

Weber said she asked for her mother to be whisked away to the boarding gate without her, because their plane was scheduled to leave in two minutes and Weber was still going through security.

The End Of QEII, Impact On The Treasury Market

The Federal Reserve’s QE II asset purchase program is ending, so the Federal Reserve says, at the end of June. As a result, a very large bid is about to exit the U.S. Treasury market, with some even warning of a spike in interest rates on the U.S. government’s notes and bonds.

Well, we here at THE CONTRARIAN TAKE thought we would crunch the numbers, to see for ourselves just how big the Federal Reserve’s bid has been. Clearly, an important data point given the size of the government’s borrowing needs, a data point those that roam the financial markets might find of value, especially those so inclined to buy U.S. Treasury notes and bonds.

The result of our study is this…

Since the Federal Reserve’s QE II asset purchase program began in November 2010, the Federal Reserve’s bid has not only been a large one, but one that has completely absorbed the government’s borrowing needs, and then some. What’s more, it’s been a bid of increasing intensity too. This is not to say that a spike in the U.S. government’s cost of funds is by necessity right around the corner. But clearly, the Federal Reserve’s departure from the Treasury market is a funding gap that will have to be filled in size if the U.S. government is going to continue to enjoy what is currently near record low rates of interest on its notes and bonds.

And we are presented with the false paradigm, the "we have always been at war with east asia". Something that they proclaim everyday on every channel like it is a fact, there are things we can argue about(usually meaningless drivel) and there are things which they want to push as the Truth so hard that it isn't even questioned, because they want to form the way in which you ask questions. They want you to go to work and if the economy comes up in conversation say "Joe, what do you think, are we heading for a double dip, or do you think we are clear of the 08 problems?" They want to frame your thoughts. This cannot be overstated, so pay attention for it.

The Truth is there is no double dip because we never came out of the first crash based on any metric you choose. Here is the Dow/Gold Ratio, the only meaningful way to price the market. For example the Dow can go to 50,000 but if it takes 5,000 dollars to fill up your gas tank you haven't benefited.

In 10 years we have gone from 44:1 to less than 8:1. This 8:1 ratio by the way is EXACTLY where it has been for the last 3 years, they have pumped trillions into the market which has brought in nominally up to 12,000 yet commodities have all doubled in price too so what is the benefit? There is none.


So what about unemployment, have we had a surge in those numbers since the crash of 08? Nope no improvement there either. Even by government (BS) measurement it hasn't gone below 9% in the last 3 years.

So tell me, when did we ever come out of this "dip"? I'd love to know. I'd love to see the metrics in which you measure it because certainly more people haven't gone back to work, or gotten wealthier. In fact the contrary we are saddled with trillions in new debt, with more wars, bigger deficits and a much bigger government. None of these things are good for Americans and none of them signal ever ascending out of a "dip" in the first place.

Government Shuts Down Kids Lemonade Stand And Fines The Parents 500 Dollars

UPDATE: Montgomery county officials have allowed the children to reopen their lemonade stand, by relocating it about 100-feet away from the intersection where it was set up Thursday.

The county permits director Jennifer Harris says the neighborhood children, who are raising money to fight pediatric cancer, needed to move their stand from the "main strip," to a more private, safer area. The $500 fine was also waived.

The children include members of 2 Washington power families, the Marriotts (hotels) and the Augustines (Lockheed-Martin).

"This is not big bad bureaucracy coming down on little kids," Hughes explained. She said the inspector was enforcing regulations designed to address concerns about traffic, safety and other non permitted vendors flooding into the area.

Hughes noted the kid's lemonade operation was serving bottled drinks out of 4 large coolers under a 10X10 tent. "This is not what you would see when you picture a typical lemonade stand." she said.

Parent's disagreed. "This feels like a whole lot of government to me," said mom Rene Augustine. However, the parents and kids say that as far as they are concerned the situation is resolved.

BETHESDA, Md. (WUSA) -- You can make a fortune selling parking spots outside the US Open, but don't even dream of setting up a lemonade stand.

A county inspector ordered the Marriott and Augustine kids to shut down the stand they set up on Persimmon Tree Rd., right next to Congressional. And after they allegedly ignored a couple of warnings, the inspector fined their parents $500.

"This gentleman from the county is now telling us because we don't have a vendors license, the kids won't be allowed to sell their lemonade," Carrie Marriott told us, her voice trembling.

The kids can't seem to understand it. "I don't agree, I think the county is wrong." "We're sending the money to charity."

Jennifer Hughes, the director of permitting for the county, says it's technically illegal to run even the smallest lemonade stand in the county, but inspectors usually don't go looking for them. She said this one was unusually large. Hughes also says they've warned all kinds of other vendors they couldn't operate near the US Open because of concerns about traffic and safety.

But that did little to console Carrie Marriott. "Does every kid who sells lemonade now have to register with the county?" she asked the inspector.

"Cute little kids making five or ten dollars is a little bit different than making hundreds. You've got coolers and coolers here," the inspector responded.

"To raise money for pediatric cancer," Marriott replied.

What's funny is that the county has given scores of other neighbors permits to let golf fans park on their front lawns. The permits cost almost $300, but prices per car run as much as $60 a day. And some neighbors are reportedly raking in tens of thousands of dollars.

"I'm a little upset with the rip off that's going on," said Ron Simpson, who was getting ready to pay $50. One cop says a neighbor told him he'd made enough charging for parking at big golf events at Congressional that it had paid one of his kid's college tuition.

Carrie Marriott is having a hard time reconciling the two different perspectives on entrepreneurship at the US Open. "The message to kids is, there's no American dream."

Puppet Mark Kirk Wants To Officially Put The US Military Under Kikestans Control

Senator Mark Kirk of Illinois sure is earning the hundreds of thousands of dollars the Israel lobby dumps into his coffers.  In a report based on a recent “fact-finding” trip to the Middle East, Kirk calls for U.S. naval and special operations forces to support Israel in combating the upcoming flotilla to Gaza.
Kirk’s report reads:

The IHH plans to send a second flotilla to breach Israel’s coastal security later this month. To prevent further violence, the United States should:
1) immediately designate the IHH as a terrorist entity under Executive Order 13224, which targets “terrorists, terrorist organizations, and those providing financial, technological, or material support to terrorists, terrorist organizations, or acts of terrorism”;
2) make available all necessary special operations and naval support to the Israeli Navy to effectively disable flotilla vessels before they can pose a threat to Israeli coastal security or put Israeli lives at risk; and
3) make it clear to Turkish President Erdogan that Turkey will be held accountable for any actions that support or enable the IHH to launch its flotilla.

The flotilla, set to sail to Gaza at the end of this month, aims to nonviolently challenge the Israeli blockade that has suffocated the Gaza Strip.  Kirk’s call for the U.S. Navy to provide “special operations and naval support to the Israeli Navy” to stop the flotilla is particularly alarming because a contingent of American citizens will be a part of the flotilla.  Kirk would have no problem, it seems, with the U.S. Navy being deployed against U.S. citizens aiming to break the blockade, which has been termed “collective punishment” by the International Committee of the Red Cross.

White Children Now The Minority In 1/5 Of US States

In America we face a demographic crisis that is so severe its scary. I am well aware of the monstrous problems this country faces from an economic point of view as well as the problem of a totalitarian police state, and even still the demographic problem probably tops my list of concerns.

It's troubling because the other problems can be fixed, in theory the economic trouble can be reversed over a generation or two, and the police state measures can be rolled back one by one. To be honest I think the younger generation understands so much more about how the world really works than the last 4 or 5 that once the old die off there is a chance things could be reversed just based on that. But then you have the race problem. Which cannot be reversed, 99% of these non Whites are here to stay, and what then?

Then we become Rhodesia, then we become South Africa and my heart breaks when I am forced to face that reality.

White children are now in the minority among people under 18 in 10 U.S. states and 35 large metro areas, according to a Brookings analysis of 2010 Census data.

The number of white children in metro areas including Atlanta, Georgia; Dallas, Texas; Orlando, Florida; and Phoenix, Arizona, fell below that of other children in the last decade as the population of white children nationwide declined by 4.3 million, the report said.

The decline occurred as the number of children identified as “new minorities”—Hispanics, Asians and other racial groups apart from whites, blacks and American Indians—grew by 5.5 million, the report said.

Hispanics now comprise 23% of children, up from 12% in 1990, while whites now comprise just 53% of youth, down from nearly 70% in 1990.

The findings also underscore projections that the country will become “white minority” by 2042 as the race’s median age keeps increasing. The child population stands to hit that mark in 2023.

Not surprisingly, most of the states that experienced growth in populations of minority children are the ones where white children are in the minority: California, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Mississippi and Maryland.

Was The Iraq War Merely A Smokescreen For "The Largest Theft Of [Taxpayer] Funds In National History"?

Back in 2004, following the disastrous Iraq war, started on false Weapons of Mass Destruction pretenses, and which was nothing but a backdoor subsidy to various energy contractors close to the Bush administration, the US government decided to impose a mini Marshall Plan and literally flood the country with billions in crisp $100 bills. The LA Times reports: "Pentagon officials determined that one giant C-130 Hercules cargo plane could carry $2.4 billion in shrink-wrapped bricks of $100 bills. They sent an initial full planeload of cash, followed by 20 other flights to Iraq by May 2004 in a $12-billion haul that U.S. officials believe to be the biggest international cash airlift of all time." And here we are making fun of the Chairsatan and his puny helicopter. Yet where the story gets very disturbing is that it now seems that more than half of this "reconstruction" funding was blatantly stolen! "Despite years of audits and investigations, U.S. Defense officials still cannot say what happened to $6.6 billion in cash — enough to run the Los Angeles Unified School District or the Chicago Public Schools for a year, among many other things. For the first time, federal auditors are suggesting that some or all of the cash may have been stolen, not just mislaid in an accounting error. Stuart Bowen, special inspector general for Iraq reconstruction, an office created by Congress, said the missing $6.6 billion may be "the largest theft of funds in national history."" Is another huge political embarrassment in store for the current US administration (even if on this occasion it can legitimately be blamed on the predecessor?): it appears so: "The mystery is a growing embarrassment to the Pentagon, and an irritant to Washington's relations with Baghdad. Iraqi officials are threatening to go to court to reclaim the money, which came from Iraqi oil sales, seized Iraqi assets and surplus funds from the United Nations' oil-for-food program." Prepare for many more hearings involving Halliburton et al. As for where the money is - why, it has long been spent.

Theft of such a staggering sum might seem unlikely, but U.S. officials aren't ruling it out. Some U.S. contractors were accused of siphoning off tens of millions in kickbacks and graft during the post-invasion period, especially in its chaotic early days. But Iraqi officials were viewed as prime offenders.

The U.S. cash airlift was a desperation measure, organized when the Bush administration was eager to restore government services and a shattered economy to give Iraqis confidence that the new order would be a drastic improvement on Saddam Hussein's Iraq.

The White House decided to use the money in the so-called Development Fund for Iraq, which was created by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to hold money amassed during the years when Hussein's regime was under crippling economic and trade sanctions.

Where did the cash come from? Take a wild guess:

The cash was carried by tractor-trailer trucks from the fortress-like Federal Reserve currency repository in East Rutherford, N.J., to Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland, then flown to Baghdad. U.S. officials there stored the hoard in a basement vault at one of Hussein's former palaces, and at U.S. military bases, and eventually distributed the money to Iraqi ministries and contractors.

A truly "Swiss Watch" operation:

House Government Reform Committee investigators charged in 2005 that U.S. officials "used virtually no financial controls to account for these enormous cash withdrawals once they arrived in Iraq, and there is evidence of substantial waste, fraud and abuse in the actual spending and disbursement of the Iraqi funds."

Pentagon officials have contended for the last six years that they could account for the money if given enough time to track down the records. But repeated attempts to find the documentation, or better yet the cash, were fruitless.

Iraq is obviously pissed.

Iraqi officials argue that the U.S. government was supposed to safeguard the stash under a 2004 legal agreement it signed with Iraq. That makes Washington responsible, they say.

Abdul Basit Turki Saeed, Iraq's chief auditor and president of the Iraqi Board of Supreme Audit, has warned U.S. officials that his government will go to court if necessary to recoup the missing money.

"Clearly Iraq has an interest in looking after its assets and protecting them," said Samir Sumaidaie, Iraq's ambassador to the United States.

Iraq also happens to be the marginal producer of crude as was highlighted in yesteryday's JPM report.

Michele Bachmann is a member of Congress, Tea Party idol, and is flirting with a run for the Presidency. Did I mention she really loves Israel? She obviously knows where her bread is buttered.

At a Republican Jewish Coalition event in Los Angeles last week, Rep. Michele Bachmann offered a candid view of her positions on Israel: Support for Israel is handed down by God and if the United States pulls back its support, America will cease to exist.

So far, it looks like the best that the Republican Party can come up with to oppose Obama is Mitt Romney and the empty headed, Israel worshiping, Michele Bachman.

On the last day of AIPAC Policy Conference, I interviewed GOP Congresswoman from the 6th District Michele Bachmann.

On Israel:

“I have been a long time supporter of Israel. The first time I went to Israel was the day I graduated from high school. I spent a summer working on Kibbutz Be’eri near Beer Sheva in 1974. I’ve been 4 times in Israel – 3 times as a Member of Congress. I loved Israel – from the moment I first landed.

As a young girl from Anoka, I was shocked at the level of security in Israel.

We worked on the kibbutz from 4 am to noon. We were always accompanied by soldiers with machine guns. While we were working, the soldiers were walking around looking for land mines. I really learned a lot in Israel.

I was delighted to go back as a Member of Congress, and see all the changes. To see how it has developed – it is nothing short of a miracle! To see a rose bloom in the desert. In 60 years, Israel has achieved first world, or nearly first world, status.

I am honored to be in a position where I can help Israel. I have a tremendous love for Israel, and great admiration for the Israeli people. I am a Christian, but I consider my heritage Jewish, because it is the foundation, the roots of my faith as a Christian.

On Iran:

Iran is a very serious situation. With each day that we’ve failed to have sanctions, our choice is more difficult. Iran has been an aggressor. It has been unwilling to deal diplomatically with the issue. US house price fall 'beats Great Depression slide'

The ailing US housing market passed a grim milestone in the first quarter of this year, posting a further deterioration that means the fall in house prices is now greater than that suffered during the Great Depression.

The brief recovery in prices in 2009, spurred by government aid to first-time buyers, has now been entirely snuffed out, and the average American home now costs 33 per cent less than it did at the peak of the housing bubble in 2007. The peak-to-trough fall in house prices in the 1930s Depression was 31 per cent – and prices took 19 years to recover after that downturn.

The latest Case-Shiller house price index was just one of a slew of disappointing economic data from the US yesterday, which suggested ebbing confidence in the recovery of the world's largest economy. The Chicago PMI manufacturing index showed a sharp slowdown in the pace of expansion in May, missing Wall Street forecasts and sending the index to its lowest since November 2009.

And in the latest Conference Board consumer confidence survey more people expressed uncertainty over their future economic prospects. The confidence index fell unexpectedly to 60.8 from a revised 66.0, when economists had expected it to rise to 67.0. Falling house prices and negative equity combined with high petrol and food prices and a still-weak jobs market to raise consumers' fears for the future.

Thomas Di Galoma, the managing director of government securities at Oppenheimer & Co, said: "Based on the weakness in housing prices, Chicago PMI and consumer confidence, it appears as though the economy could be headed for a double dip, especially as federal and state spending slows rapidly over the next six months."

Economists warned not to expect any immediate relief to the gloom from the housing market. Banks continue to demand high deposits from potential buyers and are pressing on with foreclosures against those who have fallen behind on mortgages, adding to the glut of unsold homes on the market.

Prices are back to their 2002 levels, according to the Case-Shiller National House Price Index out yesterday. "The national index fell 4.2 per cent over the first quarter alone, and is down 5.1 per cent compared to its year-ago level," David Blitzer, the chairman of the Index Committee at S&P Indices, said. "Home prices continue on their downward spiral with no relief in sight."

I would like to hear liberals explain away that one.

How can you possibly justify importing this kind of Third World barbarism into peaceful, economically prosperous, Christian Scandinavian nations? If diversity is a strength, then how come it is the Islamic foreigners who are on welfare and who commit all the rapes instead of the natives?

The ADL will probably continue to call us "hatemongers" for drawing attention to politically incorrect facts about multiculturalism and mass immigration. It is "nativism" or "xenophobia" or something like that to notice that Scandinavia would be a better place without all the widely advertised benefits of "diversity."

Americans for a long long time have bought into the collective delusion that we are rich (and free which is a topic for another time). We are rich right? I turn on the TV and see people the world over living in tents, with their ribs showing. I don't live in a tent so I must be rich.

That's the typical thought process for most people. What wealth does America have now? Let's look at the average citizen. They have 10's of thousands in credit card debt, 10's of thousands in car debt, 10's if not hundreds of thousands in student loan debt, 100's of thousands in house debt and various in sundry other more minor debts.

Outwardly this person looks like they are doing pretty well, they have a college degree, drive a nice car, live in a nice house, have nice clothes and eat well. It's tragic and yet it's reality, you strip away the credit (from which the jew very literally has a printing press) and this American is now only marginally (if at all) better than any "poor" person overseas.

There are things in life that defy belief. Seeing them often is enough to set one on a path toward seeing unbelievable things at every turn. Seeing is disbelieving? Hmm…

The Red Queen of Alice in Wonderland Fame remarked that she often believed in impossible things; as many as six of them, all just before lunch, too.

A great many more people now are willing to disbelieve in the inherent justice of the American Justice System. They watched a jury in Boise convict me of four Federal felonies.

Sigh. Where do I begin?


You Could Be Next

This story will take some time and require several installments. If you have yet to hear anything about it, you will not believe it. You may not believe it, anyway. I do, however. I am living it. All too easily, you could be next.

I was convicted of hatching a plot to kill my wife, in which I allegedly hired an oafish Idaho handyman as a hit man. Already, something may not sound quite right to you.

A Case in Search of a Motive

Why did I want Cyndi, my wife of 25 years dead? I never have quite heard a reason that makes sense. First, Cyndi was told by the FBI that the motive was life insurance, but then they learned that both of us cancelled our policies years ago. Then, the FBI told her that the motive was my jealousy over her (fictitious) boyfriend. Cyndi quashed that by demanding that the FBI produce photos they said they had; of course, there were none.



Finally, the government settled upon a case I was investigating as motive, because I had communicated with a great many young Ukrainian women (with Cyndi’s consent and even, assistance) to determine if the Russian Bride business really was a human trafficking scam. First, as part of that case I briefly handled, then simply because I found the subject fascinating and worthy of writing a book about it.

Two more novel motives were presented at trial: (1) I was after our car “uninsured motorist” insurance, though I was a lawyer and would have known full well that death by pipe bomb is not “accidental,” so that no insurance ever could be paid. (2) divorce from Cyndi would be too expensive. Yet, the prosecutor failed to tell the jury that I had signed all my assets over to Cyndi. Cyndi was part of every aspect of my life, even my communications overseas to determine how the bartered bride business really worked, so I could write a book exposing the fraud to be entitled “Love and Other Four Letter Words” (subtitled “The Invasion of Planet Earth by Teenage Russian Mail-Order Brides from Cyberspace).

You see, I happen to love Cyndi. I know – that just isn’t fashionable in this day of throw-away relationships, but it is true.

I often have written of how lucky I have been to have had her. About the terrific kids we have. About how my family life serves to steady my universe. All true, even now, as I write these words from a jail cell in Northern Idaho while awaiting sentencing and endeavoring, as best I can, to get a new trial.


My Love Story

Let me try, first, to tell you of my love for Cyndi. She is my mate, pal, helper, lover, buddy, partner, mother of our kids… my first and last wife…my best friend. The love of my life. She is so much better than I deserve. I could go on.

There is a reason for this paen to my blushing bride, of course. To see that the Emperor of my story has no clothes, you must first get, on a visceral level, as do my closest friends, just how ludicrous it would be for me to want my wife dead.

I recall the moment I first laid eyes on Cyndi and the spontaneous burst of surprise and pleasure that crossed her face just before she cast her eyes down and first smiled for me that impish little grin of hers that I love so much. In less than two minutes, I was swept away, though I did my manly best to seem inaffected. It was love at first sight and, 27 years later, my heart still leaps up every time I catch sight of her again.

I could, and should, go on like this for a long time, but please know that I still see Cyndi as my one and only soulmate. There is much, much more to this story, though, and I have to give you at least an overview in this first installment.


My Way

At my lawyers request, I have kept silent (though, not silent enough) about my case. I have made no public statements until today and have yet to speak with anybody from any media outlet. I bit my tongue during my recent trial and, against my better judgment, agreed not to take the stand to testify in my own behalf. Fat lot of good all that has done me!

No more. I did it my lawyer’s way and now, at age 65, I am facing a mandatory minimum sentence of 30 years, with 70 years a very real possibility. Obviously¸ any sentence over 10 years is redundant to my life expectancy, especially in view of the medical problems I have seen in recent years (yet another lengthy, though relevant, story for another day).

Now we are going to do it my way, which likely will involve a good deal of sound and fury.

All My Trials

First up: Motion for a New Trial which my Federal judge will reject in summary fashion. I will have to rely on an appeal to get that new trial. It should be a laydown appeal, though, because this judge repeatedly committed reversible error (more than one story for other days).

We wrecked a sizable legal defense fund (the thanks for which will take more future stories than you will want to read) during the first trial, so I very possibly will have to represent myself at retrial. Spare me the jokes – all lawyers are fools (else¸ we wouldn’t even be lawyers, of course).

Lessee now, where were we? Oh, yes. What really happened? Here’s the executive summary:


The Idahun Hit Man

Larry the Idahun handyman/builder/junk hauler whose cousin’s name is Daryl, I swear (though I do not yet know if the cousin has one or more brothers also named Daryl), worked off and on for us for years. Larry knew we had hidey-holes here and there on the property, because he built some of them for us. Larry stumbled across one of three silver stashes in an outbuilding and then he searched and found two others. All told, Larry stole $45,000 in silver bullion from us at the then price of $18 per ounce.

Knowing I/we would discover the theft, Larry apparently decided that I/we had to go, so he set out to kill me/us with car pipe bombs. Like Wiley Coyote, Larry must shop at Acme, because neither of the two bombs that he then placed on the two cars I drive (one of which Cyndi drove about half the time) went off.

Larry says he removed the bomb attached to one car and then believed the other “fell off” when his cousin Daryl failed to see it after being told to look.

There is an alternate theory that explains the car pipebomb as having been emplaced after I was arrested, but the foregoing seems the most likely scenario.

It is undisputed that Larry sold silver on three different occasions (remember, he stole three of our hidden stashes) – he produced receipts for those sales (totaling just a few thousand dollars) during his testimony at my trial. Larry claimed I gave the silver to him as part of my $10,000 payment to him for killing my precious Cyndi. Larry did actually admit that I didn’t give the silver to him (he took it from one of the three hidey-holes, he said).


Making a Federal Case Out of It

Why did Larry then go to the FBI and fess up to his part in this sordid affair? In exchange for full immunity, of course. He still had to get me out of the way before I discovered his theft. I was beginning to mend from the four surgeries I had had in six months and I was starting to get out of the house.

Larry and I had been talking a lot during those six months, because he was helping us out with many things, including feeding our horses twice a day whenever Cyndi was out of town tending to her very ill mother who lives alone. I explained my difficulties with the ADL, the Russian Mafia, the FBI and others. All he needed to do was make one phone call in order to be conscripted into helping get me out of the way, which is just what he wanted.


Just a Coincidence

The ADL’s internet site hit piece on me was quoted in the very first court filing – coincidence? The FBI is alleged by us conspiracy theorists to be in bed with, if not controlled by, the ADL. More coincidence? Why did Larry go to the FBI rather than the local Sheriff or state authorities, like most of us would do? Yet still more coincidence? Larry said that he travelled nine hours to Oregon to ensure the bomb fell off the car that Cyndi then was driving, but he couldn’t be bothered to take the time to look for himself. Really? Of course, it is just coincidence that this interstate trip is the only thing that gave jurisdiction to the FBI…isn’t it? Do you still believe in coincidence? I don’t.

Ok, you may be saying – What’s the big deal? My word against the Idahun’s, so I should be exonerated without a fight. That would be true if not for those pesky audio recordings that Larry and the FBI claim memorialize my hiring Larry the Idahun hit man. But let’s save that story for the next installment in this epic affair, “Sex, Lies and Audiotapes.”

There is so much more to come in this story: Russian Mafia intrigue, teenage beauty queens, official (and unofficial) corruption, mail-order brides, Hannibal Edgar, the Tao of Ed, private jets, Tahiti…..and more, believe it or not. Remember, seeing is disbelieving.

Give Me Liberty Or Give Me Death

This is the full speech by Patrick Henry (I have posted a link to it before but never in it's entirety)  It is a fantastic speech.


A speech to convince the meeting of Virginia delegates to join the American Revolution, delivered on March 23, 1775

This is no time for ceremony. The question before the House is one of awful moment to this country. For my own part I consider it as nothing less than a question of freedom or slavery; and in proportion to the magnitude of the subject ought to be the freedom of the debate. It is only in this way that we can hope to arrive at truth, and fulfill the great responsibility which we hold to God and our country. Should I keep back my opinions at such a time, through fear of giving offense, I should consider myself as guilty of treason towards my country, and of an act of disloyalty towards the majesty of heaven, which I revere above all earthly kings.

Mr. President, it is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren, till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation?

For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth—to know the worst and to provide for it. I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided; and that is the lamp of experience. I know of no way of judging of the future but by the past. And judging by the past, I wish to know what there has been in the conduct of the British ministry for the last ten years, to justify those hopes with which gentlemen have been pleased to solace themselves and the House?

Is it that insidious smile with which our petition has been lately received? Trust it not, sir; it will prove a snare to your feet. Suffer not yourselves to be betrayed with a kiss. Ask yourselves how this gracious reception of our petition comports with these warlike preparations which cover our waters and darken our land. Are fleets and armies necessary to a work of love and reconciliation? Have we shown ourselves so unwilling to be reconciled that force must be called in to win back our love? Let us not deceive ourselves, sir. These are the implements of war and subjugation—the last arguments to which kings resort. I ask gentlemen, sir, what means this martial array, if its purpose be not to force us to submission? Can gentlemen assign any other possible motives for it? Has Great Britain any enemy, in this quarter of the world, to call for all this accumulation of navies and armies?

No, sir, she has none. They are meant for us; they can be meant for no other. They are sent over to bind and rivet upon us those chains which the British ministry have been so long forging. And what have we to oppose to them? Shall we try argument? Sir, we have been trying that for the last ten years. Have we anything new to offer on the subject? Nothing.

We have held the subject up in every light of which it is capable; but it has been all in vain. Shall we resort to entreaty and humble supplication? What terms shall we find which have not been already exhausted? Let us not, I beseech you, sir, deceive ourselves longer.

Sir, we have done everything that could be done to avert the storm which is now coming on. We have petitioned; we have remonstrated; we have supplicated; we have prostrated ourselves before the throne, and have implored its interposition to arrest the tyrannical hands of the ministry and Parliament.

Our petitions have been slighted; our remonstrances have produced additional violence and insult; our supplications have been disregarded; and we have been spurned, with contempt, from the foot of the throne. In vain, after these things, may we indulge the fond hope of peace and reconciliation. There is no longer any room for hope.

If we wish to be free—if we mean to preserve inviolate those inestimable privileges for which we have been so long contending—if we mean not basely to abandon the noble struggle in which we have been so long engaged, and which we have pledged ourselves never to abandon until the glorious object of our contest shall be obtained, we must fight! I repeat it, sir, we must fight! An appeal to arms and to the God of Hosts is all that is left us!

They tell us, sir, that we are weak—unable to cope with so formidable an adversary. But when shall we be stronger? Will it be the next week, or the next year? Will it be when we are totally disarmed, and when a British guard shall be stationed in every house? Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance, by lying supinely on our backs, and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

Sir, we are not weak, if we make a proper use of the means which the God of nature hath placed in our power. Three millions of people, armed in the holy cause of liberty, and in such a country as that which we possess, are invincible by any force which our enemy can send against us. Besides, sir, we shall not fight our battles alone. There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us.

The battle, sir, is not to the strong alone; it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave. Besides, sir, we have no election. If we were base enough to desire it, it is now too late to retire from the contest. There is no retreat but in submission and slavery! Our chains are forged! Their clanking may be heard on the plains of Boston! The war is inevitable—and let it come! I repeat it, sir, let it come!

It is in vain, sir, to extenuate the matter. Gentlemen may cry, “Peace! Peace!” — but there is no peace. The war is actually begun! The next gale that sweeps from the north will bring to our ears the clash of resounding arms! Our brethren are already in the field! Why stand we here idle? What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty, or give me death!
